We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products once sold, except in rare and exceptional cases such as when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will review your request and arrange an exchange promptly, once the steps below are followed.

How to Request an Exchange:

• Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the damage, defect, or
  incorrect item.
• Once approved, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.
